This notice covers this website and its $100 preorder deposit checkout only. It is not the notice for other Revivex products or services.

Who is responsible

Payment details are entered with Stripe

When you reserve, you leave this site for Stripe’s hosted checkout page. Your card details, email address, name and billing details are entered there and processed by Stripe under the Stripe Privacy Policy. We do not receive your full card number.

Stripe gives us a payment record that includes your email address, name and billing country. We use it to keep a record of your deposit, to process refunds, and to contact you about your deposit and refunds.

No marketing sign-up

Paying a deposit does not sign you up for marketing email. The email waitlist on this site is not open, and no email addresses are collected through it.

What this website itself handles

• Pages are hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request data such as your IP address to deliver the site.
• The Inter typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
• Our checkout functions keep your IP address in temporary memory to limit repeated requests. They log event names and error codes only, never your email address, name or payment details.
• If you arrive from one of our campaign links, up to four short campaign labels from the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, for example “instagram”) are attached to your Stripe payment record so we can see which campaign led to deposits. No other link details, referrer or click identifiers are kept.
• Your browser keeps a signed checkout attempt ID and those campaign labels in session storage so a retry reuses the same checkout. It is removed when you close the tab. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Stripe’s checkout page, on Stripe’s own domain, may use its own cookies.

Keeping and deleting records

Deposit payment records are kept in Stripe for as long as they are needed to manage your deposit, refunds and any final order, and to keep payment records we are legally required to keep. To ask about or delete your information, or to request a refund, email the contact above.
